Naroop Jhooti started this with a camera, not a microphone.
The Dad Project began as a portrait project. Single dads of colour, photographed and asked to talk honestly about fatherhood and identity. The photos were striking. The conversations underneath them were even more so.
That's what became the podcast. Naroop is the voice you hear every episode and the face on stage at every live event, asking the questions most people are too polite to ask. He leads with instinct and warmth, not a script, and guests open up to him because he actually listens.
